Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Hi-Street garment tags are still attached and the items are in their original condition.

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
